Dennis Vertzayias has over 30 years Property Industry experience, representing some of Australia’s largest institutions and leading private developers, successfully bringing to market more than $7 billion in New Residential Developments.
Dennis is a multi-award-winning industry professional, who through his extensive market knowledge provides fully customised and personalised strategies which match the individual clients and projects needs, and which always achieve the best sales outcome.
In keeping with the Laver ethos, Dennis is extremely passionate and ‘ hands on’, taking total ownership from the outset, playing an active role in the entire pre-planning, strategising and sales and marketing process, ensuring to add value at every stage and correctly positioning every new project to the market.

James Lampropoulos is widely regarded as one of the leading Project Marketers in Australia, having personally transacted over $3 billion in residential property throughout NSW and QLD.
In a career spanning over 20 years, James spent 16 years with Meriton, Australia’s largest residential developer. Consistently one of Meriton’s top performing sales agents, James worked closely with Mr Harry Triguboff AO and was an integral member of Meriton’s senior management and project marketing delivery team. James has successfully managed and sold some of Australia’s most high profile new developments, including - World Tower in Sydney’s CBD and Brisbane’s tallest residential towers - Infinity and Soleil.
James takes great pride in his reputation and ability to understand and predict changes in the market and implement strategies to maximise every aspect of a development. As company Director and Head of Sales, James will bring his incredible sales expertise to the forefront, carefully managing the sales processes, including daily customer engagement, project messaging, market positioning, and protecting the client’s asset through strategic inventory management whilst always maximising value.
