He has successfully brought to market more than $7 billion of new residential developments for some of Australasia’s largest institutions and leading private developers. These include; Stockland, Brookfield, Multiplex, BRDB, Aoyuan, Toga Group, Charter Hall, EG Funds, Daiwa House, TA Global Berhad, Metro Property Development, Alceon, Conquest, Arden Group, Luxcon and Taylors.

Through his extensive market knowledge, strategic sales skills, and ability to correctly position new projects in their target market, Dennis has developed a reputation for consistently achieving outstanding sales results for his developer clients. His portfolio of successfully sold projects range from boutique high-end luxury developments, through to total urban renewals comprising more than 1000 new apartments and homes, and are spread right across Sydney Metro, NSW and QLD.

In his previous role as Sales Manager for CBRE Residential Projects, Clayton successfully managed the sale of thousands of apartments, expanded the sales team and greatly enhanced the efficiencies of the business.
