Laver Residential Projects appointed to sell the iconic Surry Hills project, The Rathbone
Laver Residential Projects has been appointed as the exclusive marketing agents of The Rathbone, a new luxury mixed use apartment development located in the heart of Surry Hills.
The Rathbone by AVID Property Group (AVID) is a $55 million project featuring 33 terrace-style apartments and two retail spaces. The development pays tribute to the long-demolished Rathbone Terraces that once existed on the same site during the early 1900s.
