Dennis Vertzayias is a multi-award-winning property industry professional with over 35 years’ experience. He has successfully brought to market $ 13 billion of new residential developments right across Sydney Metro, NSW, and QLD, representing some of Australia’s largest institutions and leading private developers.

His comprehensive understanding of the market, highly strategic sales skills and a total commitment to his clients’ projects has enabled Dennis to successfully manage and ‘sell out’ some of Sydney’s highest profile new developments. These have ranged from super high-end boutique developments, right through to multi-staged master plan communities comprising over 1000 apartments.

Prior to founding Laver, Dennis was National Director and Head of NSW Project Marketing for Colliers International.

With lots of energy and a genuine passion and love for property, Dennis is extremely hands on right across the Laver business, ensuring his expertise and market knowledge is injected into every single Laver project that goes to market.

James Lampropoulos is widely regarded as one of the leading Project Marketers in the country. He has personally transacted more than $3 billion in residential property throughout NSW and QLD, successfully selling some of the country’s highest profile new developments including World Tower in Sydney’s CBD and Brisbane’s tallest residential towers, Infinity and Soleil.

In a career spanning more than two decades, James spent 16 years with Meriton, Australia’s largest residential developer. Consistently one of Meriton’s top performing sales agents, James worked closely with Mr Harry Triguboff AO and was an integral member of the senior management and project marketing delivery team.

James takes an active role in the high level management of all Laver projects and also participates as an active lead sales agent on the ground, engaging directly with buyers and adding immense value through his extensive sales skills. Having worked on the developer side with Meriton for so many years, James has a natural ability to always protect our developer clients position in the market and maximise value.

John Faulkner

With more than 20 years’ experience across the entire property industry, John compliments Laver’s service proposition with a background in project financing and wealth of knowledge across the entire new developments sector. At Laver, John has a strong focus on effective client project management and forging long term relationships. Formerly, John held the position of Company Secretary, Chief Investment Officer and private CFO for Australia’s largest residential property developer Meriton Group, working directly alongside Mr Harry Triguboff AO. Today, as a Project Director at Laver, John is at the forefront of managing some of our clients’ project strategies and guiding them to achieve highest and maximum GR, always strategizing to protect project development value. John has an acute understanding of the market, and naturally has a roll your sleeves up attitude.

With more than 26 years’ property industry experience and over 5,000 apartment sales ($4billion), Sam Elbanna is one of Australia’s most accomplished project marketing professionals. Formerly the founder of a highly successful project marketing agency and today a senior member of the Laver executive team, Sam has a wealth of experience working with developers, financiers and receivers. His highly targeted and successful campaigns are driven by a deep understanding of the market and target audience, motivation of the on-ground sales team and creation of effective, innovative and aligned sales and marketing strategies that drive sales achievement.

Clayton Ross

Clayton Ross has more than 19 years’ experience in residential project marketing specialising in off-the-plan sales in Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Clayton has managed some of Sydney’s highest-profile new developments for Meriton, Mirvac, Dyldam and McDonald Industries. In his previous role as Sales Manager for CBRE Residential Projects, Clayton successfully brought to market and managed the sale of thousands of new apartments across Sydney Metro. Clayton brings these extensive sales and project management skills to Laver, ensuring all projects are managed to the highest standards and achieve outstanding sales results for our developer clients.

Casey Woods

Prior to joining Laver, Casey spent five years as the Senior Key Account Director at Domain, where she was responsible for directly managing the marketing campaigns for more than 300 key developers right across NSW. Casey is extremely well versed in all aspects of project marketing, social media, digital and print advertising, and therefore understands what it takes to positively position a new project to market, delivering highly effective ‘buyer-centric’ marketing campaigns. With a career in the property industry now spanning more than 10 years, Casey’s passion, energy and keen attention to detail ensures the best sales outcomes are delivered for all of our client’s projects.
